This project will contribute to provide cement workers with a better understanding of risk and safety at workplace and to their knowledge and use of related preventive measures and working procedures. This will facilitate their personal development and employability. This project will be also useful to initial and continuous training of VET teachers, trainers, tutors and VET institution managers, by making available a valuable tool to make labour risks prevention courses which are continuously being implemented to successfully reach their training objectives.
